Entrevista
Interview was with two staff members. They asked a variety of character questions, in addition to lots of scenario questions. They also asked questions about my past work experience working with non-profits, working with teams, working with students and with school partners. Overall format was extremely casual.

Applied online, phone screen with a former AmeriCorps Site Coordinator, project and questionnaire, and in person interview. All welcoming people, passionate about the mission. The process is involved though. The questions are thought provoking, there is role-play, and you have to do a written assignment. They are upfront about the AmeriCorps status and stipend amount at all stages from the posted job description to the offer letter. The offer will be contingent on background check. Be honest with yourself and with them before accepting about whether the arrangement is feasible for you.

Met with two supervisors, both very nice. One person asked questions and the other one typed my answers on a computer. Followed up by telling me more about the position and Americorps. I also got to ask a bunch of questions.
