First round video interview - quite professional with a couple of colleague in their 30's that had good backgrounds in major aerospace businesses. The interview was pretty cold and unfriendly, and with almost zero introduction to their business or the role - it was only focused on extracting information from me, but not in a friendly/chatty way. I expect they had been through quite a few interviews and were losing patience! I wasn't invited to any further interviews though so maybe they would have expanded more once past the first screening stage.
