Supervising maintenance technicians. Heard about them getting high smoking weed but couldn’t do anything about it because we don’t do drug tests. Found lots of bandaid fixes because the owner wouldn’t pay to fix the real issues at hand. I was asked to not spend money to fix issues and was asked to do bandaid fixes to help save money.
