Fill out an interest form on the rangers website, took around 3 months before I heard back and got an interview the next day, on the day filled an application and handed my CV, they then take you for a 1:1 and ask some questions about your experience, scenario questions and about the role itself. I showed up early and they let me go early, guy interviewing was really nice, friendly and easy going.
