I had a phone interview first which lasted for around 30 minutes. After few days, I received a confirmation of face to face interview at Randstad (Hong Kong). It lasted for around 1 hour and the questions mainly focused on my CV. Besides, there was a role play during the interview.

There will be physical interviews with different managers to get a better understanding of yourself. once you’ve passed those, last interview will be with the country director to see if you’re a good fit with the culture
