I applied online. The next day I was called and asked a few questions regarding experience and availability and then I was asked to book an interview day and time over the phone. The day after the phone call, I went into their office and was eventually greeted by the interviewer who took me into a small office room. The interviewer asked me a handful of questions, a lot of them regarding availability, experience and hypothetical scenarios I had to solve. I also had to sign a few pages in the Randstad handbook and fill out a Tax Declaration Form. When he finished asking the questions, I was asked when I could start working and they employed me right away.
