Began with a Recruiter Phone Screen discussing my background and why Rakuten. Later scheduled to have a 45 minute technical interview that had a LeetCode Easy-Medium difficulty. Was never asked to run the code in that particular technical interview, just walked them through my logic. Last stage is a 30 minute behavioral with the manager of that team. Repeated the technical & hiring manger process two more times until I was placed on a team due to the recruiters liking my profile but other candidates fulfilling the spot.
