Received invitation to interview about two weeks after application. No pre-screening presentation or recorded interview presentation. First skype interview with two team members from the legal department. Three weeks later invitation for second interview. Second skype interview with three team members from the legal department. After six weeks, followed up with HR recruiter and received an immediate reply (literally within the hour) that my application will not be progressing further. Both interviews were pleasant - the interviewers were friendly and asked typical interview questions for the most part. This was the first time I've ever used skype to interview - it threw me off a bit with the sound and it was hard to read body language (couldn't see all the interviewers faces at times because they shared one camera). I think my nerves got the best of me in my second interview and was not able to answer the questions as clearly as I should have. I also did not expect the second interview to be in English and had only prepared for Japanese style interview and typical Japanese interview questions, so that and my nerves probably derailed my focus during the second interview.
