External hires you will get a call first for a phone interview then to set up an unpaid working interview. This is a day unpaid where you get a quick and dirty training of every crew position to see if you're a good fit for the company. You do get a free meal and a canes shirt and hat out of the deal. After that they will call you for an interview with the GM you'll be working for. After that you'll go through a background check. Be honest in the BGC they would rather you admit to going to jail for something minor than you saying nothing and them finding out. Also make sure you have a valid license and a car. I ultimately would've had the job save for that detail so I had to work my way up from a crewmember which is hard because Cane's is extremely competitive and has very high standards. If everything checks out you'll meet with the Area Director. Finally you'll receive an offer letter and will go through an 8 week training process.
