It felt like he was lacking interest maybe because of the end of the day time. I was asked a few questions and then I spent close to an hour paper testing to determine if you are a good for their company. This was somewhat futile as no instructions were given prior to the test and it ended very badly. To be told that you are "a fundamental mismatch similar to that of a square peg trying to fit into a round hole" is grossly unprofessional. The use of that language in an interview is highly irregular and disrespectful. I didn't walk in fresh out of high school and new to the job market, I came holding a bachelor degree and job experience. Job seekers beware....
