Very cordial but professional. They ask me to tell them about myself and my experience in the railroad industry. We discussed my knowledge of different equipment I have experience operating. Justin and Don explained the job details and what is expected of me. I have been through my share of interviews in my lifetime but I have to say I felt more comfortable Talking with Justin and Don then I have in the past interviews I have had.
