They didn't have one. They just take anyone with a good level of communication ability and basic logic sense to be able to pull off the" lying" very well. They will tell you that they dont take anyone and everyone and would see if you qualify after an initial skype interview bu trust me the people taking your interview are not even half qualified as you are
