I loved meeting you it’s the recruiter and the team. It felt like a great fit and I was excited to be advanced to the final round. The final interview, with the CEO and COO was pretty average. I didn’t really like them, but I was willing to overlook it because the rest of the team was fantastic. However, I wasn’t given the opportunity to overlook it, because then they ghosted me. Not a word. Not a “thank you for investing hours doing several rounds of interviews but we’ve decided to go in another direction.”
