Nice recruiter, enjoyed conversation with hiring manager. We talked career shop. Made it two rounds before they passed on my candidacy. Each conversation was a half hour or a bit more.

Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and we set up time for the following week. They asked me to formally complete the online application and would share my resume with the team. For 27 days, I heard nothing. Then, the same recruiter reached out as though we'd never spoken, asking for a 30-minute conversation (which we'd already had). We had the same conversation. I once again, never heard back. Looking forward to how long we'll continue this cycle.
