Had two phone interviews. I thought the first interview went well and so did they. They asked a lot of questions and gave a very brief overview of the company. My second phone interview was very eye opening. There is a major communication gap internally. The information I was told on the second interview contradicted the information I was told during my first interview. There was miscommunication about who my second interview was with as well. Lastly, the hiring manager on my second interview was highly misleading. Overall, I am glad things did not work out with Rad partners. They have some serious work to do.
