Had a phone interview with this company and it was a conference call with about 5 people on the call. Asked a few basic programming questions and asked about my background. The phone interview was about 30 minutes and seemed like it went well. Had the interview a couple of hours ago today and am waiting on news back from them

It was myself and three other people. They asked me questions about myself, told me about the company and the sorts of things that I would be working on. No technical questions were asked. I'm a new graduate and this was an entry level position. The only thing that I'm not happy about is that they told me they'd get back to me in a couple of weeks, but never did, even after I sent an email and left a voicemail. I find that very rude and unprofessional. If you're not hiring me, I'd like an email saying as much.
