The process was fast and efficient. It consisted of:
Initial Screening: A quick first-round interview.
Hiring Manager Interview: Focused on behavioral questions and team fit.
Panel Interview: A session with three different stakeholders, covering behavioral questions and scenarios.
Final Interview: A conversation with an executive leader, touching on vision, leadership style, and roadmap thinking.

Name a time where you had to get alignment across multiple partners/stakeholders
Horrible experience. 0/10. The company culture seems horrible. Interviewed for multiple positions with multiple rounds and every person I spoke to was very disingenuous. 5 and 6 rounds at the minimum, with take home tests and presentations.
Multiple round power day after the initial recruiter screen + hiring manager call. A lot of questions in regards to how one works and making sure you connect with the team as a whole.
