A two stage interview by director/partner and by supervising manager; I was required to demonstrate accounting knowledge as well as keenness for the audit profession and interest in continuity in learning. It was good for me to build rapport with the interviewer to appear likeable, as the community in RT is small knitted and is it important to be speak on the same terms with your colleagues.
