I was told TWICE during my interview by the hiring manager that I would be called for the next step, which involved a case study in office. He even told me he would send the invitation the same day or at least the next day. Instead, I received a cold, generic template email from the company saying i am not considered. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing. If this is how they treat candidates during the hiring process, I can only imagine how they operate internally.
