Weirdly intense interview process, first had to talk to a recruiter. Then an interview with two managers and the CEO. They absolutely grilled me on the weirdest details. Had me take assesment tests on word and excel then still grilled me on the results. Interviewed several rounds and each interview was super intense like this.

They grilled me to no end on details that seemed stupid and not related to the job at all. Peter, the CEO, asked me multiple personal questions for seemingly no reason, but also seemed to judge me on the answers I gave. This should have been a red flag, because this toxic judgement culture followed me after I accepted the role. Peter, the CEO, made a point of asking intense, personal questions often.
