I applied online and was scheduled for an interview with an HR representative. The questions were generic and theoretical, lacking relevance to the actual role, and the interviewer seemed to have no real understanding of the role. It made me question whether they were seriously looking to hire anyone.

Entrevista
Met with the Recruitment Manager who was very friendly and told me about the company, culture and the interview process. They then asked me about my high-level experience and technical questions related to the job. At the end of the call gave me the chance to ask questions and told me about the process.
I was then called a couple days later and notified that I wasn't successful. The feedback was useful and I was impressed with the professionalism. Seems like an exciting company with a great culture!
