Started off with a phone interview with a recruiter. She was super nice! After a couple of days, I was invited for an on-site interview and to complete the assessment into one office visit. I live in another state so they worked with me which was awesome! I really appreciated it. Do I think that this assessment is necessary for this position? Absolutely not. This is not the CIA or the FBI. Most of us are at the beginning of our careers. This undermines our experience and our knowledge that we can actually bring to ROI. It makes me think the company doesn't care about any of that. Pros: Fully stocked kitchen - so much food, HUGE lounge, nice and friendly employees, creative and pretty office building, good pay and excellent benefits - 100% paid health and dental premium, you will learn many valuable skills in this position in a flourishing industry. Cons: - The assessment obviously - I believe all I saw was white people working in the office - it lacks diversity BIG TIME! That makes it seem like the company operates on a one-track mind and this is coming from a white person. - The hiring managers and the recruiter were all nice, however, they lacked compassion and I feel they didn't connect with me on a personal level. That is something I look for strongly when interviewing with an employer. Word of advice: If you plan to hire an employee, learn about their interests and passions on a personal level and see how that can coexist in the workplace. Overall, it seems like an excellent job to start off your career in.

The interviews involved a general introduction some broad questions and answers, some specific questions related to the position and some behavioral questions and then a conclusion. Overall, it was straightforward and very informative.
