I had a first interview with their creative manager who was lovely and interesting, I presented the task they gave me. I was then called back for an interview with one of the owners, which was postponed 3 or 4 times (extremely unprofessional when you are in employment and have to book time off your current job...). What was supposed to be a second round interview was quite an underwhelming experience as the co-founder had no idea I already had an interview before, seemed to not quite know what I was doing there, had no time for me at all and was overall pretty rude.
