Relatively easy and short phone interview and then subsequent invitation for group assessments with team building observations and interactions. These were in normal times held at the warehouse where you chose to interview in pre-COVID times.

First there is a video interview consisting of 3-5 questions (one or two getting to know you and why you're a good fit, then a couple more that are behavioral, i.e. name a time when...) Then there is a phone interview with the hiring rep.
