The staff were not nice and too formal. They ask questions to scare you and rarely even smile to make you comfortable. Questions were around, tools used for effectiveness, your understanding of the JD, Past experiences.

It was a 30 minute interview. Asked about little technicals but mostly behavioral. Be prepared to answer about both listed and otc instruments. The interviewers are tough but once you break the ice you would see that they are very friendly.
