Entrevista
I find RBC doesn't hire external candidates (if yes very few) and gives preference for internal candidates. Though they talk of disruptive hiring, it is more marketing than practise. You can't get candidate who are disrupt or using traditional channels.
Also I noticed being a visible minority there is a bias in the process. I learnt later the candidate hired was internal and white male.!
I would urge RBC to strongly look at data of positions filled, compare with candidates applied and selected.
Their ONLINE jobs postings are mere to cover the HR and legal. Candidates are already decided before post. I have seen post stay for 1 week and it is gone!!!!. How come??
