I had 2 managers interviewing me , the majority of the interview was standard behavioural questions, nothing too out surprising that was asked. I had questions that tested my leadership, conflict resolution, along with them just wanting to hear more about my overall experiences and how it fits with the job.

I was referred and then brought in for one round of interviews with the direct manager. I received an offer shortly after for a year-long contract as this was a newly created role for the department.

It took 1 month after applying to receive a response, 2 interviews during the process, 1 week apart. Communicated with HR only until the third call where I was offered the position.
2 Rounds of interviews, one phone interview, one technical interview, they will call you on the phone and ask you a few easy behavioural questions to start you off, the process was smooth but never got anything back after the first round
