Starting with my interaction with the recruiter for this position - it was very helpful and crisp. I was informed and explained about the role, process and relevant details to my satisfaction. My meeting was scheduled for the second half of the day with the reporting manager but it wasn't an interview experience I was expecting, considering the tremendous experience this person was carrying. It seemed as if she was already too tired and I could see her eyes getting heavier very often. The interaction went more like answering a question paper and I had to skip to the next question before I could finish answering the current one. Though it is not a big deal, but I was asked for refreshments only once I got up to leave.......while she managed to finish hers throughout our discussion. I hold high opinion about the organisation and requested for another meeting / discussion but it never materialised.
