The interview was self scheduled, on time and very impersonal. There were really no questions asked if me other than they asked about my work history and then launched into a job description.

I applied online. Received an email stating "Let's Talk" with a link to select an interview time and date. I selected a time and date, entered some pre-interview questions and submitted the form. I was scheduled for a phone interview via Teams. I waited 15 minutes and the interviewer never showed. I tried calling several numbers as the emails that I received were not from the direct company email that I was supposed to be interviewing with. I'm thinking maybe this is some kind of scam. Applicants beware.
