Phone interviews were great. These were followed by a 4 hour interview where I had to give two presentations. I was told I would be a great fit for the company and they would help me get into a different position that they believed would be a better fit for me. I have not heard a single word since.

I applied through a recruiter on campus and got an email to schedule a call with a hiring manager within 1 week. I didn't get an offer but the interviewer made me feel very comfortable and not condescended. He then refers me to talk to another hiring manager in the same company for a better fit.
