The first interview was with two managers. Relatively informal, friendly environment. Offered me water and offered their opinions on working at the company as well as asking questions about where and how I would like to contribute. Some assessment of my technical aptitude, understanding of the technologies the company deploys, and how I work in a team environment. There was a first interview, then a second interview with some additional staff.
