Entrevista
First, the shortlisting of candidates was based on the aptitude test. This test contained 5-6 sections such as Quants, Data Interpretation, Programming MCQs, Database MCQs, Logical Reasoning and Verbal. The selected candidates were initially divided into 4 job profiles according to the results of the aptitude test. For me, the first round was of Group Discussion. The topic was "Cable entertainment vs Online entertainment". The evaluators were very attentive and friendly. They told us at the end that our discussion was pretty good. After this, 4 students out of 8 were selected for the next round. The next round was a technical interview and after that, the last round was HR interview. Both the interviewers were pretty friendly and they gave sufficient time to answer the questions.
The overall process was a bit time consuming, but at the end of the day, I was one of the candidates who got selected, so the end was very good!

Pregunta 1
In the technical interview following questions were asked -
1. The interviewer first asked me to brief about my projects.
2. I had mentioned GitHub in the version control systems, so he asked me how can multiple people work on the same version.
3. He then asked me some questions based on Data Structures such as sorting, searching algorithms, their complexities (explain the time complexity of heap sort), questions on stack and arrays (use of the stack in the computational environment), linked lists (write a code to find a loop in the linked list), some cases where stacks can be efficient and some cases where linked lists can be efficient.
4. He also asked some questions based on the database, such as client-server architecture, how to handle thousands of simultaneous requests to the server, a question related to my work on firebase as I had mentioned it in my resume.

1. Introduce yourself.
2. How did you find today's interview process and any suggestions?
3. Tell me about your family.
4. In how many companies did you apply before Quantiphi and in which round you got rejected and why?
5. Things on which you think you need to improve on considering the technical background.
Ask me about yourself and other things like any coding language and SQL also with some sample queries and challenges to solve .

I applied through on-campus recruitment. The selection process had three rounds:
Online Assessment (OA):
Logical reasoning and calculation-based questions
Pseudocode writing
Some coding problems
Technical Interviews:
Virtual Interview: Focused on introductions, projects mentioned in my resume, a basic math question similar to the OA, and an easy-level DSA question. The emphasis was more on problem-solving approach rather than perfect coding.
Face-to-Face Interview: Went deeper into projects. Some candidates were also asked about system design of their projects.
HR Round:
Standard HR questions
Overall: The interviewers valued problem-solving skills, clarity of thought, and understanding of projects over just coding.

Entrevista
The interview started with a discussion about my projects, where I was asked to explain the problem statement, technologies used, and my individual contribution. The interviewer focused on how well I understood the design decisions and real-world impact of the projects.
Next, I was asked questions from core computer science subjects, mainly to test my fundamentals and conceptual clarity.
Finally, the interview concluded with one DSA problem, where the interviewer evaluated my problem-solving approach, logic, and ability to explain the solution clearly rather than just writing code.
Overall, the interview focused on practical understanding, core fundamentals, and structured thinking.
