Initially phone interview then was called for in person interview . It was for formal and I had opportunity to ask questions and then Dr Malik asked me about my ambitions short and long term , and 3 clinical questions . It was very informative and as I knew I had done well I negotiated higher salary than what was offered . It was approved !
