Initial telephone interview with Recruiting Specialist and the Hiring Manager. Prior to the second interview a Personality Questionnaire was completed. Second stage interview was F2F with the same team from the telephone interview plus the Director of Sales for the territory the role was associated with. The F2F interview began with a presentation on a topic provided following the telephone interview.
