Phone screen w/ HR was great! Their HR/ recruiting team was incredibly friendly and gave great information about the position. The individual I spoke with also gave me great coaching tips for my next round of interviews. Then, I spoke with the individual who would be my manager. That person lacked any enthusiasm about their role or the organization. Interview process started off great but then declined.
