I originally applied for one role, which I had to put a presentation for. After doing, what I was told "an excellent job" on my presentation it was suggested I apply for another more senior role which I agreed to. I was told that I wouldn't have to put together another presentation. After 1 month of waiting to find out next steps I had to put together another presentation. I was supposed to present to the co-founder who never showed up to the call. After spending more than 4 months through the job process I was rejected with a generic no without any feedback. I asked for feedback and was given none. After the time and energy I spent interviewing, the least they could've done was share some feedback. Very disappointing process.
