I used the Kiosk, Got a call with in a week for the second choice job position. When I interviewed, my first choice was what it switched to impromptu so I was not prepared. I demonstration skill immediately. And was offered, the position and hourly wage before I left the store. However then it turned for the bad kinda, It took weeks for me to actually get my first hands on day on the job. First the mouth swab drug test took a week to return, then the HR only had certain days she was available to get me in with the Tax/ paperwork. Then after that was the better part, The one day paid at the Orlando headquarters was fun interactive learning experience. over all it took a few weeks, and I kept vising trying to nail down a date but they kept saying wait for this to come back, wait for her to be in the office.. etc. I was ready, over all a 7.5 rating. 10 being the best.

on the Kiosk, The questions where situation, what would you do.
Quick and easy, didn’t really ask me many questions, other than previous experience and why I want to work for the company. They also had me demonstrate basic cake decorating skills like icing,decorations, etc.
Interview was interesting, you have to show basic skills in decorating cakes and share some previous experiences. Also they ask you about your goals and availability during the week and weekends.

Entrevista
The Bakery Manager called me less than a week after I applied to set up an in person interview. The interview felt like more of a formality than anything else. He asked my previous work experience (I had no formal decorating experience, but had done it as a hobby for years). We talked for a bit about availiability, and what the job would consist of. He took me on the floor and asked me to write "Happy Birthday" and my own name in buttercream and make a buttercream rose. Although many of the people who were hired after me did not have to do any of that. He offered me the job on the spot, and I started a few days later. The first few days were the typical orientation process -- introdutions, history of the company, expectations of employess, etc. -- followed by two or three days of online modules/CBTs (computer based training). They had me on the floor helping with production and learning the techniques and products the next time I was scheduled to work.
