Took about 90 minutes and included a swab drug and alcohol test after accepting employment. Was told everyone starts out part-time and as long as you don't call out or have constant lateness's, you would be offered a full-time spot if one was available. I complied, had a good relationship with my co-workers and customers but 9 months later, a guy that was hired to the Deli 4 months AFTER me was given a full-time spot.
Behavioral Interview with questions on how you would behave in a team environment, and stressful or otherwise adverse conditions. They will also analyze how you align with the company's value system.

Manager wanting to hear about you, your skills and basic knowledge. Showing respect and enthusiasm. Basic, getting to know the company, a friendly environment and the challenges it may come with.
It was a hiring event so about ten people were doing interviews all at once. They had several store managers doing the interviews. I had a district manager interview me.
