The interview was very well organized. The people I met were generally friendly and in some cases funny. They interviewed all the candidates together on one Saturday. The office in Arlington was very nice with whiteboards on almost every wall. After the introduction they split the group. Half of us did a solo case study while the other half did a group case study in front of consultants. We then had lunch and switched. The case studies were each an hour long but they are really watching you the whole day.
