It was pretty easy, 3 rounds of interviews. They asked about my resume, how i have dealt with stressful situations, etc. There was nothing that stood out from this company’s interview process compared to others.
3 rounds I talked to supervisor, Associate director, and director. They were friendly, but direct in their questions. They also have time for me to ask questions back. Behavioral questions for the most part.

The interview process was slow. I spoke to the recruiter twice before meeting with an actual team member. First time said I wasn’t a good fit then wanted to interview me again for the same role.
