I had a one on one with a a recruiter then was moved forward further into another interview process. I'll go in today with one of the managers to have another conversation which will be more traditionally interview based.

Three phone interviews that asked about what made you want to get into the career and how you felt about helping those around you with their financial needs. You are also required to pass a certain number of exams to qualify for licenses in order to offer financial planning services

15 minute phone call interview to start, followed by a 30 minute zoom interview, concluding with a 30 minute interview in the office. The overall process is very easy and mostly asks why you would want to work for Prudential and if you are alright with the pay.

It was very thorough and transparent. The recruiters were easy to talk to and took time to understand what I was looking for. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend this company.
