Applied online, then interviewed with the recruiter by phone the following week. Came in for a panel interview with multiple managers. I ended up being the #2 candidate and was not offered the job. However, I was referred for another opportunity, went in for another panel interview with the HR team, and was offered the position. Very positive interview experience all the way around. Very impressed with the focus on mission. The recruiter has been great to work with.
