Unfortunately, it was a rushed, impersonal experience without time to build rapport or learn about qualifications. Not the recruiter's fault, who likely has a very high workload and competing demands with not enough hours in the day. Several positions are open, so will likely reapply assuming this was a one-off situation.

Interviewer did not speak fluent English, got the impression they were not in this country, keep asking me to repeat what I stated clearly. Did not understand the concept of on the job training when mentioned.

First applied and then was contacted by a recruitment representative. Started with a video interview where you answer a series of questions while being recorded, team interview, social and then received results of the interview and hiring process.
Typical recruiter screening by phone first, which was very thorough, then phone screening with hiring manager, followed by in person interview with hiring manager and other colleagues in office who would be peers.
