I arrived 10 minutes prior to scheduled interview time and the two ladies at the front desk were very sweet, and made an amazing first impression. They offered me a water and said I could have a seat Before I could sit , I was already being called back to begin. I was sat in a small conference room, and had the first VP come in to do the interview. He came in calm and seemed genuinely interested in who I was, and not just running down a bunch of scripted questions . Also the past three places prior there was always someone doing an interview while texting on their phone. This was not the case here. Each person I met got me more and more excited to begin working, and becoming a part of this amazing family.
