The interview process was fine, I sent my application got an email from a woman a few days later, I first had to have a call with a director talking about the role (this was fine and easy) and after I was put through to a 2 person interview (while the email just said one). They grill your CV, I was asked a million and one questions about my CV (few questions about the actual role) and asked to explain concepts to someone who didn't understand it.
