There are two interviews. The first interview is with some of the credit managers. The second interview is then with local lending management. The first interview includes technical questions relevant to underwriting.

Entrevista
First interview is not too bad if you remember accounting and the financial statements but the second is highly bias and is dependent on so many external factors. One wrong word can cost you the job.
Phone interview then two in-person interviews. The focus is on experience or education with accounting principles in the first 1-2 interviews, and the last interview is just to check your personality and see if you’d be a fit for the region you are hired into.
