The interviewer asked me many and very deep iOS questions. I think I answered 95% of them correctly. He was done in 50 minutes time and provided me the opportunity to ask anything if I like. I told him that I know what property guru application does and what it is all about which is merely an application getting data from server and displaying it to the users and let them do any other update operations on it. I further asked whether the company does anything else besides this. The interviewer negated. Then I asked him why he asked me so much deep technical questions if I am supposed to work on merely a simple data driven application. His response was that he'd like to work with people who knows 'why' about the work they do. So I asked him why he is filtering candidates based on his personal preferences rather than looking for a work-fit thing. He didn't have any adequate answer to that. Then I gave him a lecture on how to take interview and what to ask. This ended up in my rejection and I believe that the interviewer would carry on with what he is up to. General advise to hiring people: Ask people questions relevant to job only. If you work on ABC only, it doesn't make any sense to ask questions from A-Z.
