Entrevista
The interview process began with a phone call from Erin in Human Resources to cover some basic questions. She scheduled an face to face interview so I could discuss more details with Nathan. I was then called in for a final interview which took a full day to complete. They then sent me an email with a few final questions as the last step. Very thorough. By the time they offered me the position, I knew pretty much everything about the company from its culture to advancement opportunities to the daily responsibilities.

The first question Nathan asked me when we met was "What kind of work are you looking for at the moment?"

I applied and the next day I received a call from the HR manager asking if I was interested in an interview. I showed up to their office along with a few other individuals and they have you fill out a basic questionnaire while you wait to be interviewed. The interview was very short, about 15 minutes, and not stressful at all. The hiring manager Nathan is nice and easy to talk to. They then ask you if you're interested in a second interview, which is a day spent job shadowing their employees. This is where I lost interest. They utilize diction and jargon in their job descriptions, but basically they are door to door salesmen selling office supplies to different businesses. After the job shadow they have you fill out another form asking you a number of questions including if you would work for them, to which I replied no. Easy interview process but the job, at least to me, isn't appealing whatsoever.

I don't think I ever applies to Project Launch but I still received a call from a recruiter there. I was very skeptical at first because I've had a lot of people ask me to come in for what ended up being nothing more than a pyramid scheme. I came in for a first interview with a lot of questions and was surprised by how honest the interviewer was. He told me straight up that this might not be a good fit for me because I wasn't very interested in doing sales. That's when I knew I could trust him.
