HR added me on LinkedIn. After messaging her, i submitted a portfolio, resume, and CV to the company for review. When i went to the building, the Art Director went over the portfolio i had submitted, went through the type of work the position called for, walked me through the place and introduced me to the design team. Seemed well enough. They took forever to communicate their needs. They were basically looking for someone they didn't have to train very much so instead of training someone correctly they held interviews for 3 months and hadn't contacted any of their interviewees for a month at a time.
