the hiring process takes very long, have 2 rounds of interview and one shift on site to try, on site shift is to interrupt with members and to see what a day would be like at work
There were 3 steps to the interview
1. 10 minute synopsis phone interview
2. Zoom call interview with 3 other staff
3. Interview with a panel of members 6+
4. Interview/trial in person shift
Overall took about 1 month

Entrevista
There was a zoom interview with three staffs to go through the screening process, so only basic questions were asked. The second interview was in person at the centre with six staffs, they did not introduce themselves, and I only knew the manager was there. They asked to send an email with references contacts, but then they never got back to me even after I reached out.
